2. The information on Inphar.com is provided carefully for information purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, rather it is designed to support, not replace, the relationship between you and your healthcare providers. It can in no case substitute an examination by a physician. Please consult your doctor before taking any new product, particularly if you are already under medical care.
3. To order prescription medication, Inphar.com needs the original, valid prescription by mail. The order will be processed after validation of the prescription.

II. Products

1. The product assortment of Inphar.com is especially meant for consumers within Europe.
2. Inphar.com only sells medicines and products that are both identical, and registered and admissable in the Netherlands as in the country of delivery as well.
3. According to European regulations stating the principle of free movement of goods throughout the European Union and the mutual recognition principle, Inphar.com facilitates delivery as requested by the customer.
4. The pharmacy can only supply the products shown on the website. Availability is not guaranteed. Medication indicated on the prescription can only be substituted by a similar product containing the same active substance, when this is mentioned specifically on the prescription by the physician.
5. Hypnotics, sedatives, narcotics, tranquillizers and anaesthetics cannot be ordered.

III. Delivery

1. The user has the possibility to collect the medicines personally in the dutch pharmacy, or to assign a courier to take over the delivery from us.
2. The delivery period within the European Union is usually 2 to 4 days, as of reception of the prescription. The delivery period is dependent of local and temporary influences, therefore we can not grant any guarantee.
3. With respect to the supply of medicines to the USA, you understand that this supply is subject to the control of the US Customs and the FDA as they cross the US border which may result in delay or non-delivery of your order. Inphar.com cannot guarantee the exact delivery time of your order and in case your order is seized by US customs, Inphar.com will not be able to offer a refund for orders not delivered under these circumstances. You agree and understand that it is your responsibility to prepare for any delays that may occur in obtaining your order from Inphar.com, and further that in the event of US customs seizing your order, the cost of the order will be born by you in full.
4. Shipment is carried out after payment of the goods.
5. The delivery is made to the home address, or any other postal address where the shipment can be accepted by the client.
6. The succesfull delivery requires a signature on delivery.

IV. Payment

1. Accepted ways of payment are money transfer, VISA or Eurocard/Mastercard
2. Accepted currency is the EURO.
3. EU residents pay the VAT inclusive price (VAT at appropriate rate, currently 6% - 19%). Non-EU residents pay the exclusive price.
4. This website should be regarded as an invitation to treat. Any order placed by a customer is an offer to purchase, which Inphar.com may accept or decline in its absolute discretion without having to give a reason. A confirmation email is notification that we have received your offer on our website. A contract is deemed to be made at the point of a sale invoice being issued by Inphar.com following checking of orders by a pharmacist.
5. Payment is due after receiving the e-billing invoice, which will be sent after reception and approval of order and original precription (if needed) by Inphar.com.
6. The amount to settle is the total amount stated with the order.
7. In case payment is received upfront by money transfer, the customer receives 10% paymentdiscount in cash.

9. No other payment costs will be charged
10. When the terms of payment are exceeded, the buyer is in default. We are entitled to charge an extra interest of 1 % per month on/over the indebted amount. Any part of a new month is considered an entire month and is charged as such. As of the expiring date, we are entitled to charge legal interests and extra-judiciary recovery dues according to the momentary valid rates, with a minimum of 50,00 Euro. This stipulation does not affect the claim on reimbursement of any recovery dues (judiciary or extra-judiciary).
11. The accounts of the pharmacy count as full proof, unless the buyer is able to prove otherwise.

V.Return of order

1. Buyer is obliged to purchase the ordered goods unless the delivery does not correspond with the order.
2. According to Dutch pharmacy law, items are only elligible for return if unopened and sent back in the same condition as delivered.
3. If the delivered goods have been damaged during transportation or if the delivery does not correspond with your order, the articles concerned can be sent back free of charge within 14 days after receipt. A return of order can only be processed after consultation with a customer service employee of the pharmacy. Payments already made will be reimbursed within 14 days after the returndate.

VI. Data protection

1. The personal data which are neccesary for the order execution are secured. Inphar.com will only use your data for internal purposes. Personal data are being handled confidentially, according to the current data protection regulations.

VII. Legal Statement

All discrepancies -whatever the nature- with regard to or coherent with agreements subject to these conditions will be brought before the responsible Dutch court of law. Dutch law is applicable.
